We provide clean-out services for all basins, including digester, aeration, clarifier and chlorine contact basins using our Gap Vax truck. This service is currently provided in Houston, TX, and the surrounding cities.
GAP VAC
K-3BMI has the most modern and powerful vacuum truck available today, the Gap Vax. This “super sucker” has the ability to tackle the toughest vacuum cleaning jobs in the business. Our trucks will arrive on your location with a pick-up, support trailer and a crew equipped to operate around the clock, and all the supplies that are needed to complete the job.
ROUTINE CLEANINGS
We perform routine lift station top and bottom cleaning services using our Gap Vax truck. Currently this service is available to Houston, TX, and the surrounding cities.
LIQUID HAULS
Our state of the art Aluminum Vacuum Transports are located at all our operational facilities throughout south Texas. The aluminum transports have a carrying capacity of 166 barrels. Their weight is only 9,900 pounds which is much less than the standard 130 BBL carbon steel tanker. Our transports are able to carry more per load, enabling K-3BMI to move your product to and from location in less loads and less time.
ROLL OFF BOXES
We have roll-off boxes that are available to be placed under belt presses and switched out as they fill up. Get on schedule and feel what it's like to have a services provider that shows up when they say they will.
MOBILE BELT PRESSING
We currently have two 2 meter mobile belt presses available for use in the dewatering process. We also have end dumps to transport the product from the belt press to disposal. We are able to man and run these 24 hours a day, seven days a week.
